On the 25th May 2018 the law in relation to data protection changed.


In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation we require your permission to contact you and store your data on our systems.


We are willing to amend the way we communicate with you if required and possible ACH Autos is committed to processing personal information about our customers in ways that comply with our legal obligations.

At ACH Autos we will keep all data secure.


The data we keep is your name, address, contact details and vehicle information.


Paper records will be kept for 7 years only and destroyed securely.


Payment receipts are held securely and only accessible by partners in the business ACH Autos.


Digital data is maintained and secured by our processor MAM Software.


You have the right to access data we hold at anytime.


We will not sell any information to a third party.


We would like to retain your data for future communication and to help us provide a high level of customer service, which includes contacting you for MOT reminders only.


We are willing to amend the way we communicate with you if required and possible.

If you do not want ACH autos not to hold your data for the purposes mentioned and you do not wish us to contact you please inform us as soon as possible by email or telephone so we can act accordingly.
